Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlipFinch (the "Service"), operated by Kos Holdings LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FlipFinch provides inventory management, listing-copy generation, cross-marketplace listing tools, sales and profit tracking, and a REST API for resellers. Marketplace integrations may operate in simulation mode; where real integrations exist, you are responsible for complying with each marketplace's own terms. Fee estimates and profit calculations are estimates only and are not tax, accounting, or legal advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly through our payment processor (Stripe) until canceled. New accounts receive a free trial; when it ends, a paid plan is required to continue using the Service. You can cancel anytime from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you put into the Service (items, photos, sales records). You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that data to operate the Service. You can export your data at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful listings or content, no attempts to breach or overload our systems, no reselling of the Service itself, and no use of the API beyond documented rate limits by circumvention.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party marketplaces (including listing removals or account suspensions).

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
