Privacy Policy

This policy describes how FlipFinch, operated by Kos Holdings LLC, collects and uses your information.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, and a hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text). Business data you enter: inventory items, photos, listings, sales, and expenses. Billing data: handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Usage data: basic analytics (pages visited, aggregated) and server logs for security and debugging.

How we use it

To operate the Service: storing your inventory, generating listings, computing analytics, processing subscriptions, and sending transactional email (welcome, password reset, billing notices). We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Vercel Blob (photos), Stripe (payments), and our email delivery provider. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS).

Your choices

You can export your inventory, sales, and expenses as CSV at any time from the app. You can request account deletion by emailing support@flipfinch.com; we will delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in, and localStorage for preferences like your theme choice. No third-party advertising cookies.
